    Entry

    1.Issue of the prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. .

    2.The competition is open to residents of South Africa (“SA”) aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

    3.The competition is subject to engagement on the competition post by tagging friends and following the instructions per style choice competition and the voucher / prize is then valid on regular priced merchandise only.

    4.To use the voucher / prize the recipient must:

    (i) register a profile to shop at www.superdry.co.za to be eligible to win.

    (ii) the voucher / prize value will be R500 each and only valid at www.superdry.co.za until 30 June 2021.

    5.The prize offer is valid until the end of June 2021.

    General

    6.We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, and hold void, amend or cancel this offer without liability upon the occurrence of events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    7.Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per participant.

    8.Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must follow the below rules:

    Superdry Original & Vintage: : Tag 2 friends that embody true vintage Americana style and stand the chance to win a R500 voucher for each of you.

    Superdry Studios:Tag 2 friends on our competition post and tell us your favourite piece from this collection.

    Superdry Sport Performance: Tell us how you #WinDifferent on our Superdry Sport Performance competition post for your chance to win. .

    Superdry Code: Comment #WinDifferent on our Superdry Code competition post for your chance to win. .

    9.Prize Draw: : The winners will be randomly selected by Flume Digital Agency on the below dates for each competition:

      Superdry Original & Vintage: 1 April 2021

      Superdry Studios: 6 April 2021

      Superdry Sport Performance: 6 April 2021

      Superdry Code: 6 April 2021

    The winners will be contacted by Flume Digital Agency via the email address provided. The winners will be required to provide their registered email address for shopping at www.superdry.co.za before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Superdry South Africa reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

    10.Winner announcement: There will be 12 winners in total. They will be announced on selected Superdry South Africa social media platforms and contacted via email.

    11.Individuals eligible to enter competition: : The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Superdry South Africa, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.

    12.Voucher usage: Voucher is not transferable for cash and must be used on one transaction on our online store only (www.superdry.co.za)

    13.Publishing winner’s name: : Winners agree that Superdry can publish their name and photographic images on Superdry South Africa marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline such invitation.

    14.Competition disclaimer: Superdry South Africa, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer

    15.System Failure: No member of Superdry South Africa is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Superdry South Africa which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

    16.Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
