Returns Policy



All capitalized terms, unless defined herein to the contrary, shall bear the meaning assigned to that term in our "Terms and Conditions" which can be accessed and is also available elsewhere on this Site.

Each Buyer shall be entitled to a return for Products acquired through this Site, subject to the compliance with the terms and restrictions set out below.

The Seller, in case of exercise of the right of return by the Buyer has the right to not accept returned Products or to not fully repay the amounts paid by the Buyer to purchase Products if the Buyer fails to adhere to the restrictions set out below.

What are the returns restrictions?

We are happy to accept your return or exchange, provided that:

  • • Merchandise with material manufacturing faults must be returned within 6 (six) months of date of purchase, and have been cared for according to the wash/care label.
  • • In all other instances merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with price tickets still attached, packaging intact and in its original condition as determined by us.
  • • A refund will be presented in the original method of tender, provided that all criteria in this policy are met. Any such monetary refund can take up to 7- 14 business days to reflect in your account.
  • • Original Proof of Purchase must be presented for a Return or Exchange.
  • • Merchandise may only be returned to a SUPERDRY store within the country of purchase i.e South Africa. Please note that we accommodate in store exchanges but cannot at this stage accommodate in store refunds we are working on a solution for this. Please provide shop assistant with the card used for transaction and original invoice.
  • • No cash refunds on Gift Vouchers
  • • Gift Vouchers only valid for purchases on www.superdry.co.za
  • • Items bought on sale may be returned within 7 days after delivery.
  • • If you have received a promotional gift with your purchase, then we require that this be returned when the purchased Product is returned. Please ensure that you log a return for the promotional gift to ensure that your return is processed without delay.
  • • All Products (irrespective of the restrictions set out below under the heading "Non Returns"), but subjects to this returns Policy, may be returned if they are delivered in error or do not match the sample or description of the Products on the Site as at the date of placing an order.
  • • Please note that we accommodate in store exchanges but cannot at this stage accommodate in store refunds or returns. We are working on a solution for this. Please provide shop assistant with the card used for transaction and original invoice.

Process for Refunds

Refunds will be presented in the original method of tender, provided that:

  1. All criteria under the Returns and Exchanges are met.
  2. Refund will only be processed on the card used for the transaction.
  3. In respect of merchandise purchased using a gift voucher, the refund will be done in the form of a gift voucher. No cash refunds on Gift Vouchers.
  4. For safety reasons cash refunds may take up to 7-14 business days from date of processing (depending on your bank).
